About Us
SaveGwinnett is a `citizen think tank,` a loosely-knit organization of active and involved Gwinnett residents who are concerned about the future of our county. Together, we will focus on solutions and develop a set of policy statements to guide county leaders and by which political candidates can be measured.
How You Can Help Save Gwinnett
The key to pushing the politicians in the right direction is organization; the fuel is information. Here is how SaveGwinnett works:
- Check the latest discussions on the home page or click here. Add your comments and/or rate the proposal by selecting one to five stars;
- As contributors reach a consensus on any particular topic, the developing policy will be moved to the appropriate policy page. (Current topics: ethics, taxation, finance, illegal immigration, land acquisition)
(Your contributions to the discussion are vital to our success! Click here to create your free user account; then, you can log in and post your comments by clicking the `Comment` link at the bottom of any article or page. You can also rate any particular proposal from one star to five stars.)
You should also do the following now and encourage your neighbors and those on your email list to do the same:
- Subscribe to our site newsletter for notices of new discussions, quick updates and action alerts;
- If you’re into Twitter: @savegwinnett, @talkgwinnett;
